DI2ST uses a typical 48V available current of 5 milliamperes in an active manner to process transient signals. This product is suitable for active Acoustic guitar, bass and other musical instruments, as well as keyboard and Electronic drum. The internal voltage of 9V provides more dynamic margin for the high dynamic signal input of the instrument, trying to restore the source sound of the instrument as much as possible, so as not to cause clipping distortion due to the influence of the device. Most battery powered guitars and basses are active when the instrument is played at maximum volume. Due to the fact that a typical DC box can only handle a voltage of about 3V, when the input signal is greater than the internal track voltage, it can cause sound clipping. This can lead to various types of distortion: the bass sounds thin, lacks impact, the guitar sounds harsh, easily forms square waves, and they lose their natural resonance. Because DI2ST has more powerful operating currents, it can handle these transient distortions. This performance can reduce harmonics, phase and Intermodulation. In terms of interface and function, the front panel of the DI2ST has two 6.5 big two core interfaces, input and THRU. The through interface can be connected to the Guitar amplifier for monitoring. The two buttons on the left are the attenuation switch and Merge switch. Merge can combine input and through into stereo input, but the output is still mono. There is also a 48V phantom power indicator light in the middle, which does not light up when the product is in normal use. If it stays on for a long time, it indicates that there is a problem with the device. Everyone still needs to pay attention to this. The overall appearance feels smooth to the touch, and the sturdy and wear-resistant surface protects the safety of the equipment, making its service life longer. The bottom is designed with anti slip pads, allowing it to be stably placed in a fixed area. Used by Electric guitar. 7V guitar/bass The instrument outputs a voltage of up to 7V, which leads to the formation of square waves. This makes the sound of the instrument itself harsh and distorted. The maximum input voltage of 9V provides more dynamic margin for the instrument during performance, which means that the sound of the instrument itself is not distorted by equipment manufacturing, and the original sound of the instrument is restored to the maximum extent possible. In addition, this product also has a single channel version, model DI-1, for receiving sound signals from the sound source of a single channel instrument. Input impedance: unbalanced 220K-Ohms Output impedance: balanced 2600 Ohms Frequency response: 10Hz~60kHz (+/-3dB) Linear performance: 20Hz~20kHz (+/-0.12dB) Total harmonic distortion: 0.004% @ 1kHz; 0.06% @ 20Hz Phase distortion: 1 ° @ 100Hz; 11 ° @ 20Hz Maximum input voltage: 3.12 Volts RMS (9V peak)...
